Panoply, a veteran-owned small business, was founded by Matthew Braun, a career intelligence professional with significant experience leading business development and mission support. During his career as an all-source analyst in the US Army and as a contractor, Mr. Braun created intelligence capabilities and led the introduction of those capabilities into groups that had never been supported by intelligence assets. These agencies include Army terrorism investigators, Army procurement fraud investigations, military prosecution and defense counsel teams, and private sector clients. He specialized in creating joint and multi-agency working groups and supported the DoD, FBI, US Marshals Service, US Secret Service, as well as the Intelligence Community with creative solutions to information sharing, and joint analytical challenges. He was recognized for his work on the 9/11 investigation, the USS Cole investigation, as well as his support for a Justice Department Task Force that developed counterterrorism policy.
